✓Job Purpose:
✓You will work within the Contractor Care Team supporting the processing of any documentation related to JAMs contract workers
✓The role will involve managing compliance paperwork, administrating contract paperwork and regularly updating JAMs customers to support the continued growth within the contractor community
✓You will help with the onboarding process and organisation of our contractor recruits.
✓Key Accountabilities:
✓Manage the on-boarding process from initial data requests through to start date for new placements
✓Requesting, checking and processing compliance paperwork
✓Reporting to customers to ensure documentation is processed and completed in a timely manner
✓Manage documentation for placed contractors and ensure compliance processes are met
✓Creating and sending contract paperwork to future starters
✓Ensure all payroll details are issued to the contractor
✓Work with the finance department to manage contractor payroll queries on a weekly basis
✓Weekly reporting for the team on contractor end dates
✓Monitor calls to contractors ensuring they have the correct support whilst onsite
✓Providing a positive customer experience to all stakeholders in the processPerson Specification:
✓IT Literate with experience of MS Office
✓Good phone manner and strong communication skills
✓Efficient and ability to multitask.
✓Attention to detail.
