Assistant HR Business Partner
Description✓Assistant HR Business Partner | Up to £44,000 DOE | 6 month FTC | Hybrid working | Nottingham
✓We have such a fantastic opportunity to work with an already great HR Team as an assistant HR Business Partner where they will be expanding their department significantly over the coming months.
✓You will be working alongside the HR Business Partners, supporting in building organisation and people capabilities of designated areas of the business. You will coach, support and develop Employee Relations Advisors whilst also providing an efficient and professional employee relations case management service.
✓Supporting the HR Business Partners deliver strategic objectives, you will help with planning and implementing restructuring, redundancy and TUPE transfers and lead other organisation change and project work as appropriate. You will deliver against people plans/priorities and processes and procedures, this could include anything from promotions, re-grading and reward schemes. Using complex management information, you will analyse, interpret and present trends to drive change and service improvement for use within the HR department and wider business.
✓Employee Relations is another key part of your role, where you will be providing management with expert HR advice and guidance when needed. You will lead on employment tribunals and support and coach managers on best practice and procedures relating to complex case work matters.
✓This role offers lots of variation as you will also be involved in continuous improvement projects, training and management development and continuous professional development.
