✓We're a small team that span across Recruitment, Sales, Operations and Events.
✓The Opportunity
✓We are looking for a tech passionate Apprentice to fill our apprentice Assistant Sales Development Representative role
✓You will work with our dedicated Founder, Community Director and specialist Recruiters in our office based in Milton Keynes.
✓As an Apprentice Sales Development Representative, you will outreach warm sales targets delivering the very best in Customer Service
✓As the role develops, you'll also be helping to create wider sales pipelines and campaigns
✓As part of the role, you'll also be getting involved in brand new projects across the business to help drive sales
✓This role includes the opportunity to study and receive a Sales Apprenticeship Level 3 qualification
✓This takes 15-18 months and runs alongside your work experience
✓You will attend online classes and workshops and have a dedicated day of the week for study, coursework, and training.
✓Skills and Experience
✓Show a passion for the Tech Industry
✓Be comfortable in a start-up environment
✓Good time management and organisation skills
✓Great communication skills
✓A keen eye for detail
✓Being able to adapt
✓As a startup, we are constantly proposing new ideas and implementing them
✓Ambitious and looking to kick start their career
✓5 GCSEs, grade 4 +
✓Based in or near Milton Keynes
✓What will you be doing?
✓Shadowing and learning from Senior members of the teams
✓Continuous research, creating a broad understanding of the ever changing and diverse industry
✓Sales campaigns
✓Sales planning and preparation
✓Occasional site visits and client meetings
✓Digital content creation
✓Brand development and marketing
✓Social media scheduling
✓Using a Mac/Excel/PowerPoint/Word
✓CRM training
✓General administration duties
