✓Hunter Mason is looking for a Recruitment Deliver Consultant to join them on a fixed term or permanent basis
✓The purpose of this role is to support the business in obtaining Exclusive and Retained clients and to showcase our value adds and convert clients so that we can increase our revenue and deliver an exceptional service so that they come back to us time and time again.
✓Duties:
✓* Working towards creating a dream 100 clients
✓* Converting leads
✓* Preparing supplier agreements and proposals.
✓* Understanding the competitor marketplace and future opportunities available
✓* Meeting prospective clients
✓* Outbound calling
✓* Setting marketing strategies within the territory
✓* Sales figures analysis
✓* Updating the internal sales database
✓* Building long lasting relationships with clients
✓* Account management- nurturing existing clients
✓* Keeping in regular contact with the clients
✓* Winning business
✓* Working to targets
✓* Increasing revenue
✓* Represent the company at Exhibitions in the territory
✓Requirements:
✓* Previous recruitment experience
✓* Desire to win.
✓* A history of building strong, long term client relationships
