We have a genuine passion for people and are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and energetic Recruitment Business Manager to join our new start up operation based on Tilbury Docks
This position would suit a driven, experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to take the next step in their career or an established Business Manager seeking their next challenge.
As you will be working on a start up operation, you will hold a genuine passion for business development and building client relationships – you will be comfortable with cold calling and conducting sales initiatives to raise the Stafforce brand profile within the area
You will be responsible for achieving your own budget and working towards set KPI’s.

The role:
Manage annual business plan, forecasting against plan, monitor and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.
Lead by example, develop and maintain client specific account strategies which are aligned to each client’s vision, mission, and purpose.
Manage a continuous improvement plan specific to each client to ensure retention is maintained.
Work closely with Senior Team to manage pricing / margin strategy aligned to company targets.
Identify, explore, and maximise new business opportunities.
Perform agreed sales activities, achieving activity and financial targets set.
Manage and participate in client sales presentations, reviews, and networking events.
Develop and maintain robust, meaningful, and mutually beneficial relationships within new and existing client base, working in partnership.
Conduct and maintain regular Client Service Meetings to ensure client satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Drive a candidate focussed culture, ensuring ‘right fit’, maintaining good communication and ensuring an excellent candidate experience at the heart of all activities.
Responsibility for ensuring delivery processes meet and comply with documented quality procedures, client contractual arrangements & SLA’s, employment, and recruitment legislation.
The successful candidate will have:
Business development experience, proven track record of target achievement.
Previous experience of recruitment.
Ability to forge business relationships.
Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
Innovative and creative, with a continuous improvement approach.
Ability to organise and prioritise.
