Description✓Brandon James is now seeking an ambitious and confident Candidate Manager to support our candidate generation team.
✓Based in the stunning town of Marlow, the succesful Candidate Manager will be joining an established recruitment service provider to the construction, property, and legal sectors across the UK.

✓The Role for the Candidate Manager
✓This is a Candidate Manager role where organisation and pro-activeness are key.
✓Your day to day would consist of producing high quality written work, to advertise new and exclusive positions
✓Speaking directly to candidates, using Linkedin and various other means to communicate, and work closely with our Heads of department daily to ensure quality and professionalism is always maintained.
✓The position will learn about multiple factors regarding specific job titles and positions within our industries
✓This will enable a focus of becoming a well-rounded Candidate Manager in a specialist industry.
✓You will be at the forefront of an extremely important factor of our business
✓Candidate generation!
✓Other Responsibilities:
✓Qualify candidates yourself
✓Check ongoing applications
✓Support multiple elements of a consultants process.
✓Understanding, identifying, and matching skills with client requirements.
✓Arrange calls between Head of Department and candidatesThe Company
✓We are a group of motivated and professional consultants, who come from every working background you can think of.
✓We are extremely supportive when it comes to each member of our team's progression, and we have a "flight path" which indicates the progression that is available from day one.
