✓Engineering Recruitment Consultant
✓Duel desk -
✓Basic to £40k dependent on your experience and billing history plus great commission paying up to 22% on monthly billings.
✓The role will include the full 360 degree of recruitment
✓In addition to winning new business opportunities in the Engineering sector, you will be required to pool/source suitable candidates and manage the entire recruitment selection process to successful placement.
✓This is a duel Engineering desk
✓We will consider Recruitment Consultants or Billing Managers looking for a change as long as your focus is on networking and sales.
✓To be successful in this role you will display:
✓A proven track record in recruitment/sales
✓Have an understanding of the recruitment industry
✓Working with high volume workloads
✓Working with tight deadlines
✓Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
