✓Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking HR professional to join their People Services Team, supporting the critical end-to-end transactional administration across all European and Central Services for learning and development, succession planning, employee benefits, pensions, payroll schemes, recruitment, onboarding, talent management and communications to employees.
✓German Speaking HR Advisor Responsibilities
✓This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
✓Manage administrative tasks within the end-to-end recruitment process and on-boarding process, including equipment set-up, people systems maintenance, liaising with new joiners and line managers, payroll and benefits set up
✓Take full ownership and responsibility of pan-European People administrative and transactional services including monthly payroll input and benefits & pensions
✓Prepare and issue all relevant correspondence to employees
✓Analyse and manage complex employee and line manager requests
✓Advise on and propose best practice solutions
✓Ensure full compliance at all stages of all processes and services
✓Create and maintain employee files and store documents accurately, clearly and in a timely fashion

✓The successful candidate will be an experienced HR administrator/Advisor, ideally within payroll and benefits
✓You will have an understanding of retail or hospitality, and you will be comfortable managing a high workload of data and administrative tasks.
✓This role requires someone with spoken and written German language at proficiency level.
✓Location
✓Based in North Oxfordshire, this role can be worked from home, with just 1 day required onsite, however you may be required onsite more often during the first 2 months of training.
✓This role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
