Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a German speaking HR professional to join their People Services Team, supporting the critical end-to-end transactional administration across all European and Central Services for learning and development, succession planning, employee benefits, pensions, payroll schemes, recruitment, onboarding, talent management and communications to employees.
German Speaking HR Advisor Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Manage administrative tasks within the end-to-end recruitment process and on-boarding process, including equipment set-up, people systems maintenance, liaising with new joiners and line managers, payroll and benefits set up
Take full ownership and responsibility of pan-European People administrative and transactional services including monthly payroll input and benefits & pensions
Prepare and issue all relevant correspondence to employees
Analyse and manage complex employee and line manager requests
Advise on and propose best practice solutions
Ensure full compliance at all stages of all processes and services
Create and maintain employee files and store documents accurately, clearly and in a timely fashion

German Speaking HR Advisor Essentials
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR administrator/Advisor, ideally within payroll and benefits
You will have an understanding of retail or hospitality, and you will be comfortable managing a high workload of data and administrative tasks.
This role requires someone with spoken and written German language at proficiency level.
Location
Based in North Oxfordshire, this role can be worked from home, with just 1 day required onsite, however you may be required onsite more often during the first 2 months of training.
This role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
