Global HR Reporting Specialist

✓The Role
✓In this role, you will manage and deliver high-quality and efficient management information services and participate in projects to update, develop and deploy new reporting functionality in partnership with the global Workday support team.
✓You will be responsible for creating business analytics and people reporting for stakeholders across our clients global business to improve our HR operational effectiveness to provide an engaging experience.
✓You'll be part of a virtual team that is geographically spread across the globe and will report to the Global HR Operational Effectiveness lead.
✓Skills and background needed
✓* 2+ years of working experience working in an operational HR role
✓* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
✓* Experienced in creating reports to identify trends and key insights
✓* Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS and HR business processes
✓* Fluent level of business English [written, verbal and email]
✓* Be Pragmatic: the ability to take one's initiative to provide solutions to complex datasets
✓* Be Adaptable: A quick learner with an eagerness to understand/drive continuous improvements
