✓Due to continued growth, we’re looking to recruit 2 x smart and enthusiastic Graduate / Entry-Level Recruitment Consultants, to join an established division at our head office in Telford.
✓1 x Office Support Recruiter
✓1 x Engineering Recruiter
✓* Base salary of £22-23K + uncapped commission
✓Realistic OTE of £32K in year one!

✓What you’ll be doing:
✓* Working as a Recruitment Consultant on our perms desk
✓* Hands-on with business development
✓* Building client relationships and managing accounts
✓* Actively sourcing candidates and placing the right people into the right jobs
✓* Managing the whole recruitment process
✓* You’ll have full autonomy to build your own successful market
✓What you’ll need to succeed:
✓* Ideally you’ll have a degree or have completed a business-related apprenticeship
✓* Sales experience would be preferred
✓* Experience in dealing with people face-to-face or solid customer service skills
✓* Self-assurance and confidence, with a committed attitude to learning
✓* Be money-motivated and ambitious
✓* Be organised and able to manage your own workload
✓* Able to work towards individual monthly targets
✓* A full UK driving licence [highly desirable]
