✓An international recruitment company are looking to take on a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team based on the outskirts of Walsall
✓They have an experienced team and have a growing team across the UK and abroad
✓They are looking for an ambitious and driven graduate to join their team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
✓The company are market leaders within the Finance, Legal and Tech sectors.
✓With realistic growth targets, the company is looking to expand their team with potential to move into Team Leader roles for high performers
✓You will be given full training on both the recruitment process and your market to ensure that you are given all the tools to build long lasting relationships with your clients and earn great commission.
✓The right candidate will have the following experience:
✓* Ideal role for Graduates looking for a career and not just a job
✓* Sales/telesales experience preferable i.e car sales, insurance/banking, estate agency
✓* Professional and articulate phone manner
✓* Ambitious and self starter
✓The role is paying up to £22,000 for the right candidate with benefits also including monthly commission with no threshold, quarterly days out, a good social calendar and free parking.
