✓£22,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
✓Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an HR Admin Assistant to join their team
✓The exciting and varied role will offer an opportunity to support the HR manager and the people team with all aspects of the HR role and functions.
✓To apply, you will need:
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓To support the HR manager and our People team in all areas of HR administration
✓To assist with on-boarding, induction, off-boarding and other HR procedures and processes
✓To manage the recruitment email inbox
✓To help resolve HR related queries, escalating where appropriate
✓To assist in ensuring all employee records are up to date, whilst maintaining accurate databases including holiday and absence records
✓Assist in organising staff training both internally and externally, and assist in maintaining training records
✓Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
✓Good knowledge of employment law, policies, and procedures
✓To have the ability to use own initiative
✓To assist with other ad hoc duties as required
✓Desirable but no essential:
✓A qualification in HR, CIPD L3 [or working towards] or equivalent
