HR Admin
Description✓HR Administrator Required!
✓BE Recruitment are currently working with an automotive company in CV6 area, who are looking for a HR administrator
✓[The role is based in Coventry, but will require 1/2 days a week in Kettering].
✓Flexible hours available.
✓Day to day may include:
✓Admin - HR documentation [Offer Letters, Contracts, Leavers etc...]
✓Assist with any HR related queries
✓Payroll Admin
✓Manage database and utilise system enhancements
✓Managing absence & systems
✓Working shifts and pay:
✓Monday - Friday
✓Flexible on hours between 07:00 - 17:00
✓£30,000 - £33,000 [Dependant on experience]
✓Requirements & Experience:
✓Must have a valid licence, and own car
✓[Work will be split between Coventry & Kettering].
✓CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification - Desirable
✓O level or GCSE in English and Mathematics - Essential
✓Strong administration skills - Essential
✓IT literate in MS applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint - Essential
✓Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills - Essential
✓Ability to work on own initiative and without supervision - Essential
✓Able to work accurately, with attention to detail - Essential
✓Ability to communicate with people at all levels, confidently and appropriately - Essential
✓3 years experience in an HR role ideally in a medium-size manufacturing environment - Essential
✓Experience of dealing with disciplinarians and grievances - Essential
✓Good understanding of Employment Law - Essential
