HR Administrator - Temp
Description✓My well established Global client is recruiting for a HR Administrator based at their Chertsey Site
✓This is a 6 month Temp contract with a view to go permanent
✓Mon- Fri 37.5hrs a week, Hybrid working, salary £28-£30k
✓As a member of the HR Services Team you'll be responsible for providing an effective first-line administration and central HR service to the UK business to a professional standard.
✓Key Responsibilities of the Role Includes
✓Supporting the wider HR team, managers and employees throughout the UK business in HR related queries
✓Providing HR administration advice and support by telephone and email to managers, employees and the wider HR Team
✓Providing support to the CIF Country Champion on any training administration
✓Entering, managing and maintaining all employee data on the HR Systems including employee personnel files and training records
✓Undertaking referencing and vetting checks on employees in line with CAA governance
✓Assisting with the management of employee data for monthly reporting and data cleanse activities as required by the business
✓Assisting with the collation of information using HR systems and processes to enable accurate reporting including; sickness absence, headcount, recruitment and employee benefits
✓Working with the HR team, assisting the administration of HR processes in line with current Company policy and practise, including; recruitment, leaver processes, absence processes and changes to employee terms and conditions
✓Support with HR projects as required
✓Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes
✓Previous experience working in an HR environment
✓Excellent administrative and organisational skills
✓Results driven with a high attention to detail
✓Ability to use own initiative and prioritise tasks
✓Ability to handle multiple workstreams
✓Excellent written and spoken English
