Hr Administrator

DescriptionMy client is a forward-thinking company based in Cumbernauld and are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis.
As well as assisting with the general day to day enquiries over the telephone and via email and letter, you will be responsible for the updating the HR system and ensuring the recruitment of new staff is and the on-boarding of new staff is effectively managed, including chasing references and ensuring the payroll information for new starts is processed.
You will be an excellent multi-tasker and can communicate at all levels, staying positive and upbeat when dealing with emotional or difficult situations.
The client has an excellent team-work ethic, and they have an upbeat can-do attitude so want to hear from similar candidates.
No two days are the same, this is a fun, challenging role and for the right candidate there is a real chance for career progression.
It’s important you have excellent PC skills, and Excel and Word as well as Outlook is essential.
SALARY 22K
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30 – 5PM
