HR Administrator
Description✓HR Administrator required for an initial 9-month contract
✓You will have strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
✓This is a hybrid role, required in the office for approximately 2 days per week.

✓What you'll do:
✓Providing HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis ensuring all queries and requests are dealt with effectively and efficiently supporting the employees and managers.
✓Preparation of offer letters and contracts
✓Preparing letters for changes to terms and conditions
✓Providing new starters with first day details and induction information
✓First point of contact for employee or manager queries either by email or phone
✓Maintaining and organising the filing system for personnel records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
✓Updating the HR System with changes to employee records to maintain accurate records
✓Checking right to work documents received and uploading to enable the pre-employment checks to commence
✓Providing data to Payroll for processing/checking, i.e
✓new starter information, leavers etc
✓Contributing to wider HR projects/activities such as TUPE, pay review etc
✓Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents as applicableWho You are:
✓The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role or have a strong administration background.
✓Key requirements:
✓Effective use/knowledge of Microsoft Office
✓Efficient organisation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
✓Strong communicator, both written and verbal
✓Ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity, and flexibility
✓Contract Terms:
✓PAYE or Umbrella contractor options
✓Weekly Pay
