HR Administrator
Description✓HR Assistant
✓Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 + Elected benefits
✓Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
✓Location: Romford, Essex [parking available at a 1st come 1st serve basis]
✓We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator who is looking for the next chapter in their career
✓If you are exceptionally organised, confidential, and with strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you today!
✓The role will be based at the Romford offices of a growing British heritage brand
✓This is a stand-alone role in which you will proactively support all HR processes and projects with the help of an outsourced HR service provider
✓You will be the first point of contact for any employee adhoc queries.
✓As an HR Assistant you will:
✓Maintain the HR portal and other internal systems while supporting the full recruitment cycle
✓Cross-checking timesheets on a weekly basis and submit to payroll on a monthly basis for approximately 50 employees
✓Support managers and supervisors throughout the disciplinary & performance management processes
✓Administer contracts, offer letters and record right-to-work information
✓Managing Health & Safety and ensure all risk assessments are up to dateBenefits:
