Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 + Elected benefits
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Location: Romford, Essex [parking available at a 1st come 1st serve basis]
We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator who is looking for the next chapter in their career

The role will be based at the Romford offices of a growing British heritage brand
This is a stand-alone role in which you will proactively support all HR processes and projects with the help of an outsourced HR service provider
You will be the first point of contact for any employee adhoc queries.
As an HR Assistant you will:
Maintain the HR portal and other internal systems while supporting the full recruitment cycle
Cross-checking timesheets on a weekly basis and submit to payroll on a monthly basis for approximately 50 employees
Support managers and supervisors throughout the disciplinary & performance management processes
Administer contracts, offer letters and record right-to-work information
Managing Health & Safety and ensure all risk assessments are up to dateBenefits:
