HR Administrator
Description✓Metalis are currently working with a leading automotive manufacturing company who support a wide range of blue-chip clients, such as Aston Martin and Bentley Motors.
✓The company is on a trajectory growth plan, and by 2025 have ambitions to double in size and factory space.
✓Taking this into consideration, they are now seeking an HR Administrator to join their team in Coventry
✓This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up and progress with the company as they get familiar with the duties and role
✓Work Hours, Days Regular:
✓[Monday - Thursday 08.00am until 5.00pm and Friday's 08.00am - 2.00pm]
✓Role Outlined:
✓As an HR Administrator, you will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with the manufacturing Plant Manager
✓You will play an implemental role in supporting a growing and fast-paced manufacturing business
✓Your role will cover a wide range of general HR duties
✓Please note that the HR Manager is not always present, so ideally, we are seeking to recruit someone who is comfortable and confident working on an independent basis
✓Role Responsibilities:
✓Working closely with the plant manager and HR Manager
✓General administration of information and using systems to accurately file and collate information
✓Scheduling and hosting disciplinaries, grievances, probation meetings, performance and general meetings etc
✓Using company systems and recording data
✓Liaising with all employees across the business - factory and office teams
✓Supporting other manufacturing sites where necessary
✓Welcoming senior site visitors
✓Coordinating recruitment activities and working with external partners
✓Drafting job descriptions, publishing information and contributing to the companies positive and attractive culturePerson Specification:
✓You must have previous HR experience and hold a minimum Level 3 CIPD certificate.
✓Be confident in managing complex situations, thinking on your feet, showing professionalism at all times
✓Willing to travel to other sites when required.
✓Ideally someone who wants to progress and step up into a more senior role
✓Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
✓Well presented and a good role model
✓Hold a full UK driving license and vehicle
