Description
The candidate will be responsible for:
- assisting the People Operations Team by providing efficient administrative support for all things HR related
- being the first point of contact for all HR queries that come in over the phone, email or in person
- to ensure all records are kept organised and up to date, including the SCR
- assisting with the co-ordination of recruitment campaigns within the school
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- prior experience within an HR Administrative role, or a CIPD Level 3
- knowledge of school procedures - such as the Single Central Record [SCR]
- great verbal and written communication skills.
