HR Advisor [French-speaking]
Description✓The Opportunity:
✓We have an exciting opportunity for a French-speaking HR Advisor working for a global client on a hybrid-basis [Remote Working plus Stockley Park, Uxbridge].
✓In this role you will join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team responsible for the day-to-day management of processing transactions in Workday.
✓This will include areas such as employee data changes; exit management processing transactions; absence management; and HR related enquiries, for the EMEA region
✓However, working with and supporting team members in other global regions will occur.
✓This role will manage individual cases and engage internal stakeholders [Management, Legal, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, etc.] as required.
✓Skills and Experience:
✓* Fluent in French [and English]
✓* Degree qualified in a related HR-field or CIPD qualified
✓* Familiar with HRIS systems [Workday/ServiceNow] for on-boarding/off-boarding
✓* HR Shared Service Centre experience would be an advantage
✓* A genuine interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures [EMEA and UK]
