HR Advisor
Description✓Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working with a successful retail business in Sheffield with stores across the UK
✓They require an additional HR Advisor to join their fast paced HR Team
✓This role will involve mainly working from home or in the field, and you will be responsible for managing your own diary to provide generalist HR Support to all of the stores in your remit
✓This role will give you full autonomy, and as a HR Employee you will receive retail discounts, free lunches, private medical insurance, and 26+8 Holidays
✓The salary is up to £35k, you will also receive a car allowance of £4,500, along with reimbursement for travel

✓As a HR Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to:
✓•Manage and lead on all ER related activities, including disciplinary and grievance casework, and coaching partners and managers on handling these matters pro-actively
✓• Be the first point of contact for general HR queries
✓•Recruitment – supporting with job descriptions, interview process and offers, managing head count and salary costs
✓•HR Projects to deliver business strategies and initiatives

✓• Experience in a HR Advisor role is essential
