Description✓Role: HR Advisor
✓Location: Droitwich WR9 and home working
✓Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm
✓Salary: £15 – 16 per hour
✓Contract: 3 months
✓We are working on behalf of our established client who is seeking an experienced HR Advisor, who will be responsible for effective management of employee relations casework supporting during a peak period for them
✓You will be responsible for all aspects of employee relations with a particular focus on managing long term sickness, absenteeism and data breaches.
✓The company are operating a hybrid working model with 3 days in their offices in Droitwich and 2 days working from home
✓Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 4.30pm
✓As this is a temporary contract, you must be immediately available and able to commit to the contract period
✓There is a possibility for an extension depending on the business workload.
✓They would consider part time or reduced working hours for the successful candidate.
✓Role and responsibilities:
✓* As a HR Advisor, you will be working in a HR employee relations role as part of a wider HR team
✓* Manage casework including long term sickness, absences, data breaches and performance
✓* Assist the HR Business Partner in conducting meetings in an advisory or note taker capacity
✓* Monitor and analyse MI, identify trends and develop action plans based on the workforce data
✓* Accurately maintain and update employee records and HRIS in line with GDPR
✓* Support with any HR related tasks as required to support the team in a busy period
✓Skills and experience required:
✓* Proven and significant background in a HR Advisor or HR Assistant role is essential
✓* Up to date and proven knowledge of case and employment law is essential
✓* CIPD level 5 or equivalent is essential
✓* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
✓* Ability to accurately analyse and process HR data
✓* Empathetic, approachable and proactive nature
