HR Advisor
Description✓Our client, a leading business in their sector is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team on a contract basis of 6 months.
✓Due to restructuring and changes within the team our client is looking to add an HR Advisor to the team for a period of 6 months, before then determining whether or not the role will progress to a permanent position.
✓The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ HR experience and will ideally have their CIPD qualification, and be used to working in an HR team whilst being the first point of contact for staff within the business, answering a mixture of HR queries from those within the business.
✓This role will require you to work in the Tunbridge Wells office 2 days per week, whilst working remotely for the remainder.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Provide a high level of guidance and advice to Managers on peoplerelated issues
✓* Help to develop and execute the people strategy, highlighting business objectives then implementing positive change
✓* Build strong relationships with Management and employees across the business
✓* Assist with the maintenance of internal systems relating to staff information
✓* Liaise with payroll to ensure an accurate and timely process, answering questions where required
✓* Liaise with team members on the annual salary review process
✓* Ability to be the goto person for colleagues, dealing with problems and staff issues confidentially and sensitively
✓* Proven experience of being able to train Managers
