✓* Providing advice and guidance to business owners, directors, HR teams and Managers
✓* Managing your own caseload of clients, build strong relationships and assist with HR matters
✓* Take the lead on employee relations matters, including absences and disciplinaries
✓* Draft, create and send bespoke documents, including contracts and handbooks
✓* Build your own client caseload by attending networking and local events
✓* Promote the business on social media channels and spreading the word
✓We are looking for a HR Advisor with the following skills and experience…
✓* Around 4 years’ experience within as a HR Advisor
✓* Experience of outsourcing or working with business owners/high level clients
✓* Super organised, accurate and the ability to prioritise and structure work
✓* Level 5 CIPD qualification is ideal
✓* Team player with excellent communication skills and willing to attend networking events
✓* A driving license if a huge advantage to support with client meetings
✓In return, the successful HR Advisor will receive a salary of £26,000 to £31,000, plus the following benefits…
