✓Our client is looking for an HR Assistant to join their busy team
✓You will be responsible for onboarding new starters, maintaining and completely all pre employment checks in a very fast paced environment.
✓Main Responsibilities:
✓* Facilitate efficient onboarding of all new hires, ensuring completion within a 4-week timeframe.
✓* Demonstrate the ability to handle a workload of up to 75 candidates simultaneously, managing their onboarding process from start to finish
✓* Responsible for requesting and verifying references, conducting DBS checks, validating right to work documents, and verifying DBS identity documents
✓* Generate and distribute contracts and offer letters to successful candidates
✓* Maintain an MS Excel onboarding tracker that is consistently up-to-date and accurate, tracking the progress of each candidate's onboarding process
✓* Process new joiners into the payroll system, adhering to payroll processing deadlines
✓* Communicate and liaise with candidates through phone and email, providing clear explanations of the onboarding processes and guiding them toward their start dates
✓* Regularly update hiring managers on the progress of their onboarding candidates, ensuring effective communication and transparency
✓* Update HR files with all necessary compliance documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
✓Person Specification
✓Onboarding Administrator experience essential
✓Microsoft Excel
✓Confident telephone manner
