Hr Business Partner
Description✓We are currently working in partnership with a prestigious education provider based in central Birmingham, who are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC.
✓They are able to offer a salary of up to £43,155, as well as excellent holiday and pension benefits and are looking for someone with a really strong generalist HR background.
✓Duties will include [but are not limited to]:
✓* Handling a varied ER caseload including performance management, absence, grievance, disciplinary and wellbeing
✓* Advising line managers and employees on job and organisation design, succession planning and training/development needs
✓* Working with Development Partners to aid with the development of managers and staff
✓* Ensuring compliance with employment law and statutory duties such as visas and right to work checks
✓* Contributing to the delivery and analysis of regular KPI and ad-hoc management information
✓Experience required:
✓* True generalist skillset
✓* Handling varied ER casework
✓* Supporting change management processes
✓Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
✓* Able to rapidly build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
✓* Able to analyse and exploit HR information systems to obtain valid KPI data
✓* Confident in delivering briefings and/or training to employees at all levels
✓* IT skills, including MS Office applications and HR Information Systems
