About the Role:
* As the torchbearer of learning and development initiatives across the organization, you will have the power to shape culture, design training matrices, collaborate with external providers, execute training and development programs, and drive transformative changes.
* You will serve as a trusted advisor, supporting Line Managers at every step of the employee relations journey, from initial inquiries to resolutions
By coaching Line Managers, you will empower them to effectively manage their teams and foster a high-performance culture.
* Take the lead in recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring the business's demands are promptly met
This includes issuing offer letters, facilitating contracts, and orchestrating comprehensive inductions for new hires.
* In collaboration with departmental managers, Directors, and the HRD, identify and analyze training needs while assisting with workforce planning.
* Propel HR improvement projects and strategy, ultimately aligning them with the corporate strategy of the business
Ensure the implementation and regular review of HR policies and procedures, with changes duly consulted and approved by the HRD.
* Produce weekly and monthly data to meet KPIs, expertly monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the HRD and drive business success.
* With the support of the HRD, spearhead learning and development initiatives while championing the organization's well-being agenda, identifying and delivering initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
About You:
* Possess CIPD certification at level 5 or above.
* Boast substantial experience in the field of HR.
