✓Supporting with both internal and external HR queries
✓Responsible for HR cases in relation to sickness, absence, disciplinary and capability
✓Advise on redundancy related queries
✓Dealing with TUPE related matters
✓General administration Ideal Candidate...
✓Strong HR experience
✓Ideally experience within the Education Sector, but not essential
✓Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
✓Must be CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
✓Professional with the ability to speak to people at all levels
✓Ability to wok well in a fast paced environment
