✓We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a thriving HR Team
✓To provide HR advice and support to managers and clients on sickness, grievance and disciplinary related matters.
✓To promote the HR service at all times through communications with all stakeholders
✓Support Senior Management in the promotion and facilitation of change, the review and monitoring of implementation of policy within teams and support to improve the HR service performance.
✓To work flexibly in delivering a comprehensive HR Service
✓Responsibilities:
✓To provide professional HR advice on discipline/grievance/harassment and other appropriate policies to include attendance at meetings as required.
✓To undertake investigations [disciplinary, bullying and harassment, grievance etc.] and to produce high quality investigation reports in a timely manner when required.
✓To provide professional HR support to HR projects and change processes.
✓To provide a professional advice service to the interpretation of terms and conditions and locally determined policies and procedures in relation to HR issues and employment law for all employees
✓To provide HR support to managers under the management of attendance procedures with attendance at meetings and support to specific initiatives identified as performance improvement measures in this area
✓To design and deliver training courses to enhance the skills of managers including coaching of managers inessential HR skills
✓To provide professional input into the development of new and existing HR policies
✓To advise on HR implications from issues arising from safeguarding including attendance at strategy meetings as required
✓Experience:
✓Relevant HR experience at an appropriate level in a diverse and fast paced organisation
✓CIPD Level 5
✓knowledge and/or experience of employment legislation
✓Ability to establish credibility and be able to influence at Operational level
✓Self-belief in the value of HR and their personal ability to make a difference
✓Have independence and the ability to challenge constructively and positively
