HR Coordinator
Description✓Are you an enthusiastic people focused HR professional looking for your next role?
✓Culture Recruitment are working with a Upminster based client to find a HR Coordinator to join their team for a 12 month FTC
✓The role offers hybrid working and a salary of up to £28,000 depending on experience
✓You will be a main point of contact on HR matters, dealing with colleagues from across the organisation and will be getting involved in exciting People focused projects.
✓Within this role you will:
✓Ensure that our employee data is maintained accurately and compliantly.
✓Effectively case manage family friendly processes such as maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave including pay calculations and written correspondence
✓Arrange investigation, disciplinary and grievance hearings as required and support with note taking and drafting of documents.
✓Employee benefit's administration such as, private medical insurance, pensions, and any other company benefits.About you:
✓You will already have some previous HR experience whether that is already as a HR Adviser or Officer, potentially a HR Coordinator looking to take a step into an Advisor role
✓You'll have great HR generalist knowledge especially around ER and colleague engagement.
✓Naturally working within HR your will be an approachable people's person with a "can do" enthusiastic attitude
✓In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £26,000 to £28,000.
