HR Data Analyst - Hybrid

DescriptionElevation HR are currently recruiting for an Interim hybrid HR Data Analyst to support a global business
The role of HR Data Analyst ensures high-quality, accurate, insightful data is produced and maintained, working with the HR Team to ensure this is the case
You will focus on analysing data from their cascade system, doing HRMI packs on headcount and attrition and you will have the ability to use the data to drive decisions working in partnership with the team


Responsibilities will include:
* Working with different HR functions to provide administrative improvements and bespoke tools that drive efficiencies
* Working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of GDPR incidents including security breach response, complaints, claims or notifications, and responding to subject access requests
* Data trends / analysis across attrition /sickness ER
