HR Manager
Description✓Adecco Worcester are looking for an experienced and driven HR Professional to join our clients Senior Management team who will own and develop the HR function within the business
✓We are looking for a hands-on individual who will oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, retention, disciplinary procedures, company appraisal processes and much more!
✓This role would suit a dedicated HR professional who has experience of developing, implementing, and maintaining HR functions
✓You will form a key part of the business and act as first point of contact for all HR related queries and provide guidance and support to other managers and colleagues
✓Key Tasks:
✓Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provide expert guidance to the business in HR matters
✓Develop, implement and continually improve HR policies and procedures as well as modernising employee handbook
✓Oversight of company appraisal processes across office and workshop personnel
✓Oversee company learning and development processes including maintaining training plans, skills matrices whilst monitoring training delivery and effectiveness
✓Managing change within the business from a HR perspective
✓Implementation of an employee engagement strategy
✓Implementation and management of a company HR information system Skills:
✓Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering sector desired but not a necessity
✓Excellent communicator at all levels of the business
✓Expert knowledge of employment law
✓CIPD qualified
✓A skilled, analytical thinker to critically assess requirements, provide value added 'best fit' options & solutions to meet organisational HR needs
✓The ability to apply judgement, creativity and flexibility, generate innovative ideas and solve complex issues
