✓Manucomm are currently looking to recruit a Generalist HR Manager / HR Officer / HR Business partner to work for a successful modern manufacturing company based in Mere, near Warminster
✓
✓As the successful Generalist HR Manager your role will be to manage all HR onsite giving advice on all people related issues
✓You will maintain effective and accurate HR records and champion the company values by example
✓
✓Key skills required for the role:The successful person must have a
✓
✓·· HR generalist background with manufacturing site experience
✓·· Happy to be 'hands on'
✓·· Have strong communications skills and have excellent people empathy
✓·· Have training and coaching experience
✓·· Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise and manage multiple projects
✓·-Experience using Mitre Finch or One Advanced HRIS would be an advantage
✓·
✓The successful Human Resource Manager will find this an exciting and challenging opportunity leading the Human Resource function of this successful and growing manufacturing company.

✓This role offers a salary of £35.000 and excellent benefits including Pension, 25 days holiday plus BHS, life cover, sick pay, Quarterly bonus, onsite gym, staff canteen, free parking, summer function and christmas hampers
