✓Our client is looking for an HR Officer/Advisor/Coordinator to join their HR team at super exciting time for the organisation.
✓This role will report into the Head of HR, you will help support on providing a generalist HR service to the business by providing advice and guidance to managers in accordance with policies and procedures and help to implement and utilise new HR systems.
✓They are looking for you to hit the ground running supporting with:
✓• Implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System
✓• Providing advice and guidance to managers on areas such as Probationary reviews, Reasonable adjustments, performance management, conduct issues
✓• Developing their current HRIS
✓• L&D plan, tracking, recording and reporting on training.
✓• Policy reviews
✓• All staff survey roll out and reporting
