Description✓Job Title: HR Officer
✓Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum FTE
✓Hours: 28 hours per week | 4 or 5 Days per week
✓Full time 35 hours per week in 6 to 12 months
✓Location: Redditch
✓Our client is looking for a part time HR officer to help support and be the main point of contact for all HR queries, due to the fast- growing business this Individual must be able to work under pressure.

✓Day to day duties will include the following:

✓* Dealing with the recruitment process
✓* Manage and responding to emails
✓* Responsible for onboarding new starters
✓* Keeping up to date with employment legislation
✓* Maintain employee/ HR records
✓* Manage conflicts and disputes
✓* Supporting ad hoc project where required
✓As an individual you will need the following:
✓* CIPD qualification level 5 or equivalent
✓* Previous experience within a HR environment
✓* Ability to work within a face paced environment
✓* Commitment to training
✓* Trustworthy and understanding
✓* Excellent communication skills
✓* IT literate
