Description✓HR Shared Service Lead required for my client in West Lothian

✓What will your day to day look like?
✓Assist with people strategy
✓Lead a team of 2 HR Co-ordinators
✓Delivery of MI reports
✓Development of HR systems
✓Assist with the development of role profiles
✓Create a HR self-service process
✓Review and development of staff handbook
✓Other HR duties as required
