Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and expertise.As the HR Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's HR systems and processes.
Duties include:
Collaborating with HR team members to ensure the accurate and efficient handling of employee data within the HR systems.
Conducting regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Generating reports and analysing HR data to support decision-making processes.To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in an HR systems-focused role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
Proficiency in using HR information systems [e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday] and other relevant HR tools.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Please note that this is a 2-month temporary contract with a possibility of extension based on business needs.
