HR Tupe Specialist

DescriptionMy client is looking for a HR Projects Specialist [TUPE]
The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for the HR work stream on transfer projects, including implementation of new clients and disengagements out of the organisations making sure that the employment law responsibilities associated with the HR work stream are met while providing support to the operational activities on the TUPE transfer of any appropriate workforce to or from NHS Professionals
Key responsibilities:
" Participate in weekly Teleconferences or Implementation Project Meetings to receive project updates on all ongoing HR implementation and disengagement projects.
" Build relationships with external clients to ensure that there are open lines of communication to support a smooth transfer process
" Give ranking directors counsel and direction on best practice necessity of the TUPE move cycle and guidelines
" Support the HR Chief in the essential audit of cycles and records to help potential assistance enhancements or carry out changes because of regulative changes
" Support the development of HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
" Ensure that action plans on all projects are maintained and up to date
" Update the HR action plan to provide regular progress reports
" Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
" To be aware of Data Protection & Freedom of Information legislation and, so far as is reasonably practicable, ensure compliance with the requirements of the Acts
