Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a professional and capable HR Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract in the People Services Team
There is potential for the role to become a permanent opportunity
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team and delivering a quality service to both managers and employees.
About the Role
* You will play an active role in the client facing delivery of HR operational support to ensure that the business is equipped to attract, retain and develop its employees to achieve exceptional results
* Responsible for the consistent and efficient delivery of administrative processes and procedures, attending meetings and note taking as requested to support the HR Department
* Acting as the focal point for incoming HR enquiries/mail and processing or signposting as appropriate
* Note-taking and first line assistance for Employee Relations issues
* Maintaining HR databases and employees’ HR files, ensuring the data is current and meeting regulations
* Supporting and contributing to projects which enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the service provided to the business
* Assist with the administration of psychometric assessments
* Assist with Occupational Health and Wellbeing activities
* Producing documentation such as starter packs, standard letters, reports, and contracts, in line with the company’s processes and standards
About You
Ideally, part qualified or passionate about building a career in HR, you’ll be a competent Administrator able to deliver a high standard of accurate quality work in a demanding business environment
Your ability to plan, multitask and utilise your proficient IT will be vital for success
As well as technical ability, we are looking for a friendly team player who is enthusiastic to deliver a high level of customer support to the business.
