Position: Learning and Development Co-ordinator
Status: Permanent, office based [1 day may be working from home]
Salary: £26,396 to £31,412
Start: ASAP
Core Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 [1h lunch]; 36.25h per week

Provide support in implementing, developing and maintaining a system for recording staff training and development activity
Produce and maintain a central catalogue and calendar of staff development offerings, including but not limited to staff induction, mandatory training, and professional development
Develop and maintain staff development content hosted via organisation's platformRequirements:
Experience of working with large number of staff [Preferable]
Experience of Noodle or a similar system [Preferable but not essential]
Experience of working within L&D in an education sector or any other [as long as you have worked with a large volume of staff]
Demonstrable experience of gathering data, delivering reports etc.
Attention to detail, analytical approach
Organised and able to prioritise
Sensitive to individual and cultural differences
