The Role
The role holder will support design, delivery and measurement of Phoenix Medical Supplies various leadership and management programmes, whilst also supporting the wider Learning and Organisational Development team on delivery of a range of ‘hot topics’.
The post holder will have an opportunity to shape future development programmes, working alongside leaders and managers in the business to map out what the company requires to help maintain and grow it success.
Requirements - essential
We are looking for someone whom has both a coaching or leadership qualification and experience delivering a variety of leadership and management programmes.
Requirements – desirable
Having a background in using psychometrics to support leadership and team development would be a bonus.

The post is permanent, working 37.5 hours per week
Whilst the normal hours will be 09:00 to 17:15, due to the nature of the role and travelling around to deliver training, flexibility is required for this post.
