Description✓Recruitment Consultant - Manchester
✓Due to a significant change in the job market and a rise in our Permanent job vacancies, we are looking for a trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our amazing, friendly and expanding team in their brand new Trafford Park office! This role is ideal for someone who has ambition is hungry for success and above all else values building strong relationships. No previous experience in recruitment is necessary, however we the successful applicant will have worked in customer facing roles previously as well as having strong written and verbal communication skills.
✓The role:
✓You will be working within our Manchester branch, amongst a team of highly skilled recruitment professionals. You will join our 16-week training programme and hone your skills to carve a successful career in recruitment.
✓Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of permanent vacancies
✓Attending clients’ meetings, acting as a Pertemps brand ambassador and providing a consultative approach
✓Understanding candidates career aspirations and building relationships
✓Advertising roles and also pro-actively searching for candidates via job boards and social media channels
✓Carrying out competency-based virtual interviews
✓Bringing on new clients and nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships
✓Requirements:
✓Due to the location, a full driver’s licence and own transport is a must
✓Previous experience in a customer-facing role
✓Office 365 experience
✓Strong drive and ambition
✓Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✓Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise your work effectively
✓Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
✓A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to succeed

✓Competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum dependant on experience
