Onboarding Administrator
Description✓Onboarding Administrator - Hybrid role after initial 6 weeks onsite.
✓Pay rate - £13-£14 per hour PAYE
✓Start date - ASAP
✓6 months with potential for an extension or chance to go perm
✓Hours - 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri
✓Hybrid: After the initial 6 weeks, this is a hybrid role working two days a week in the office.
✓Job role:
✓You will be part of a team conducting and completing criminal reference checks as well as other references, so solid administration skills are required.
✓To deliver agreed activities in line with the business requirements.
✓The Administrator will ensure that defined requirements are met, the administrator will act as a brand ambassador for the Airport.
✓Principal Accountabilities of a Onboarding Administrator:
✓* Deliver defined activities, in line with business requirements
✓Duties will vary depending on the area
✓* Process improvement activity
✓* Delivery activity - end to end process
✓* Updating system records
✓* Track and measure workload
✓* Peer checking the work of other Administrators
✓* Liaise directly with stakeholders, for example business lead, managers, the airports People Team
✓* Deliver own work activities to meet the service standards that achieve business requirements
✓* Ensure exceptional professional and compliance standards are maintained
✓* Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that data is checked and inputted accurately
✓* Ensure all received data is correctly recorded in the client systems to provide an auditable trail of documents and actions
✓* Establish strong working relationships across the team and wider stakeholders
✓* Consistently look to drive process improvement and participate across process or change initiatives.
✓Qualifications and Experience for Administrator:
✓* Knowledge of relevant discipline is desirable but full training can be provided in role
✓* Good analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
✓* Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools
✓* Proven ability to successfully communicate with stakeholders, with good interpersonal, written and verbal skills
✓* Good organisational skills, with ability to plan, prioritise and work to deadlines
✓* Collaboration skills to work across teams and with multiple stakeholders
✓* Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible agile attitude.
