Onsite Co-ordinator
Description✓Are you looking for a new exciting role with varied day to day duties working with a high end client.
✓We are looking for an onsite candidate/recruitment co-ordinator to work at one of our prestigious warehouse sites in Magna Park LE17.
✓This is a full time permanent role with some fantastic progression opportunities within the business.
✓ 39,232 recruitment agencies registered as trading in the UK and only 24 of those hold ‘REC Audited status’ The Gold Standard in recruitment practice -Industria are one of those!
✓Own transport will be essential for this role due to the location of the warehouse.
✓Your day to day role will include some of the following:
✓Daily checking in and reporting on staff attendance
✓Performance management
✓Management reports
✓New starter site inductions and tours
✓Daily KPI reporting
✓Admin support
✓Communication between operations and HR
✓Reporting daily to the account contract manager
✓This role will involve NO recruitment
✓All recruitment and compliance will be controlled by the supporting branches.
✓Key skills:
✓The ideal candidate will have worked as an onsite recruitment coordinator/recruiter/contract manager previously for a minimum of 3 months - or worked in the recruitment sector
✓Be able to adapt to changing priorities and demands on the site
✓High level organisation skills and people management skills
✓Customer service skills
✓Must be a people person!
✓Confident in dealing with candidates and clients at all levels
✓Exceptionally high levels of Microsoft excel and competent in all IT skills
✓Must have a ‘can do’ attitude
✓No qualifications required - full training will be provided
✓Working hours:
✓Monday to Friday - flexible hours
✓Start times between 5.30am - 7.30am
✓Finish times between 2.30pm - 4.30pm
✓Would be dependent upon client business needs
✓You will have your own company mobile phone and laptop.
✓Salary:
✓£25,000 per annum
