Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to join our dynamic team
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional recruitment services, and driving business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' staffing needs, source and screen candidates, and ensure successful placements.
You will act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned client account, developing strong and trusted relationships.
* Understand clients' recruitment needs, goals, and challenges, and provide tailored solutions.
* Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns through weekly meetings.
* Must be comfortable presenting plans and ideas to client.
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
* Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for each client, considering their specific requirements.
* Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
* Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, facilitating the entire recruitment process.
* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
Business Development and Growth:
* Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and generate new business leads.
* Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
* Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant forums to promote our recruitment services.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
* Track and analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
* Prepare regular reports summarizing recruitment activities, key achievements, and areas for improvement.
* Utilise recruitment software and systems effectively to maintain accurate candidate and client records.
