✓* Must be comfortable presenting plans and ideas to client.
✓Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
✓* Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies for each client, considering their specific requirements.
✓* Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
✓* Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
✓* Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and suitability for the roles.
✓* Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, facilitating the entire recruitment process.
✓* Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
✓Business Development and Growth:
✓* Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and generate new business leads.
✓* Collaborate with the sales team to create proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
✓* Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
✓* Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant forums to promote our recruitment services.
✓Performance Tracking and Reporting:
✓* Track and analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
