Description✓An established organisation based in Eastleigh, Hampshire is currently recruiting an Organisational Development Specialist on a permanent basis.
✓Reporting to the Organisational and Development Manager the aim of the role will be to offer consultation, guidance, solutions, and administrative support to managers and staff members.
✓What will the Organisational Development Specialist role involve?
✓Provide OD Support to colleagues and managers for organisational development related enquiries;
✓Use available quantitative and qualitative data, from numerous sources, to identify OD solutions;
✓Explore new opportunities for continuous improvement;
✓Identifying future skills needed;
✓Provide metrics and analysis to support business requirements;
✓Develop and promote events and programmes;
✓Utilise innovative learning activity to maximise a variety of learning.
✓Suitable Candidate for the Organisational Development Specialist vacancy:
✓An excellent communicator with strong numerical and analytical skills and the ability to demonstrate a track record of building trusted relationships with all stakeholders internal and external;
✓Proven Learning and Development or Organisational Development experience with the ability to manage complex activity.
