PA Project Coordinator - Hybrid

DescriptionThis is a permanent opportunity for a Personal Assistant and Project Coordinator within an executive search agency!
PA/Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Managing all administrative procedures related to interim assignments from inception to completion in line with company standards and resolving operational problems
Producing materials as they relate to client interim assignments including job descriptions and person specifications, engagement letters and any client correspondence in relation to an assignment
Managing the contract process for both interim candidates and clients ensuring close attention to detail and return of signed contracts for compliance
Entering and retrieving of data, ensuring that database and shared drives are up to date and compliant in relation to assignments and compiling and producing statistics when required
Ensuring all timesheets are received and processed accurately and payroll documentation is ready for payments to be scheduled
Liaising with senior internal and external stakeholders, candidates and clients, ensuring queries are effectively handled in a timely and professional manner and providing progress reports
Leading and supporting consultants with preparation of documents for meetings including proposals, presentations, assignments and CVs
Leading, assisting and supporting consultants with bid support material and documentation PA/Project Coordinator Essentials:

A minimum of three years’ experience in an administration role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and able to work with tight deadlines
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Office systems
