Payroll and Benefits Advisor

✓This full-time Payroll and Benefits Advisor is based in Birmingham and comes with a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits.
✓In your first few weeks in this Payroll and Benefits Advisor role, you can expect to:
✓Assist the Payroll & Benefits Manager to provide a timely and accurate payroll and benefits.
✓Make sure staff are paid on time and in line with contractual obligations and legislative requirements.
✓Oversee the processing of the full monthly payroll cycle.
✓Provide support and guidance to the Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
✓Answer escalated payroll or benefit queries as relevant via telephone and email, including providing manual calculations where appropriate.To succeed in this Payroll and Benefits Advisor role, you will need experience in Payroll and have a general understanding of benefits, salary sacrifice, tax and national insurance deductions
✓You will need a keen eye for detail and advanced Excel skills
✓Experience of working with HR iTrent would be beneficial
