People Change Advisor FTC [Hybrid]

✓They are looking for a People Change Advisor, reporting to the People Change Business Partner
✓This is a truly exciting time to join the group to support the People Change team with the delivery of efficient and effective people change and advisory service to the business by providing first line advice on people related matters.
✓This role is interim until 31st Dec 2023 [potentially longer!] and is virtually remote working with limited travel to either London or South Eastern office twice per month.
✓Start date ASAP [no later than 1 month’s notice]
✓As a People Change Advisor, you will:
✓Support the People Change team with organisational change and restructure
✓Advise managers with change processes to ensure colleague and union engagement and input
✓Support with updating people policies and procedures to ensure best practice, working closely with eh People Policy Advisor to ensure consistency across the group
✓Work in collaboration with the wider People team to ensure all administrative processes are carried out effectively and efficiently
✓Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues in the business
✓Experience required:
✓CIPD Level 5 or willingness to work towards
✓Experience of providing generalist advice
✓Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
✓Ability to work confidentially
✓Strong communicator
