People Coordinator with Architect Firm
Description✓We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Coordinator to join the team of this growing Architects company.
✓Working as the People Coordinator, you will be hands on in ensuring the effective and proper administration, coordination, review, and development of a variety of people related practices working across several offices based around the UK.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Carry out a full range of administrative and coordination duties in the recruitment cycle
✓Organise, administer and coordinate the new joiners induction process
✓Assist with the administration and coordination of the Performance & Development Review programme and the annual Training Needs Analysis
✓Manage the HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant and generate reports to monitor and inform HR activities
✓Assist with the staff leaver administration and process
✓Liaise with Finance team on invoice payments relating to HR budget and update with any changes for monthly staff payroll
✓Work closely with People Manager and Head of People on special projects and various employee engagement activities, as required.
✓This is a busy, hands on role and will require someone who is highly organised, possesses excellent administrative skills, and who is able to remain calm and good-natured under pressure
✓You will have previous experience working in a fast paced HR role and be comfortable working independently.
